PAYMENT POLICY
Paypal and credit card payments are accepted. We will ship your item as soon as payment has been received.
DELIVERY POLICY
All items will be sent by Royal Mail. Larger items will be sent by courier which will take up to 7 days. We endeavor to offer the best postage costs we can. If you wish to receive your items more quickly or with a signed for service or recorded delivery please email us at pickle.enquiry@gmail.com
We aim to ship all items within 3-5 workings days after payment has been received. If you do not receive your item within 7 days please contact us by email. Unfortuantely as we offer such a wide range of items varying in size and weight postage costs can only be calculated at the check out. If you wish to know the cost of posting an item or multiple items prior to purchase please contact us to obtain a price. We try to use recycled packaging where possible to reduce our impact on the enviorment however inside the package all items will be lovingly wrapped. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused during shipping.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING POLICY
We ship Worldwide for smaller items. Unfortunately we cannot ship large items or furniture Worldwide. If you want to purchase a larger item and can arrange your own courier then please email us on our contacts page.
REFUND POLICY
Every care is taken to ensure that you are 100% happy with each item ordered. In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package to discuss a refund or exchange. Please note you will be liable for any returns postage costs. If your parcel arrives damaged by courier please refuse to accept it. If you do accept it please keep all packaging as evidence and contact us within 2 working days.
All vintage items are sold as is. We describe them as they are when they leave us. Please make sure you read the description carefully. If you are unsure please email us with any questions prior to purchasing.
